How It Works: The Power of Compression
The working principle of a jaw crusher is straightforward and highly effective, based on compressive force:
Feed Material: Large rocks are fed into the top of the crushing chamber from a vibrating feeder.
Fixed & Movable Jaws: The chamber consists of two jaw dies: a fixed jaw and a movable jaw.
